How long does delivery take?
3–7 business days across Pakistan. Major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad usually receive orders within 3–4 days.

How much is shipping?
Rs. 200 standard delivery. Free shipping on orders over Rs. 5,000.

What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Cash on Delivery (in select cities).

Are your products genuine?
100%. Every product is sourced directly from verified suppliers and tested before being added to our store.

Do you offer warranty?
Yes - all electronic products (GPS trackers, smart feeders, cameras) come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery - provided it's unused and in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping coming soon.

Can I order via WhatsApp?
Yes - message us your product and address, and we'll process the order manually. Same prices, same shipping.

I have a sick pet - can you recommend products?
We're not vets, but we can guide you to products that have helped pets with similar issues. For medical concerns, always consult your veterinarian first.
