About Us
Pawsh is an online retailer of premium pet products operating in Pakistan, owned and operated from 51- Block-A Dream Gardens, Lahore.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to make a purchase from Pawsh.
Products and Pricing
- All products are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify prices without prior notice
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product may vary slightly in color or appearance
- We strive for accuracy but are not liable for typographical errors in pricing or descriptions
Orders
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
- Order confirmation will be sent via email and WhatsApp
Payment
We accept:
- JazzCash, EasyPaisa
- Credit / Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via bSecure
- Bank transfer
- Cash on Delivery (in select cities)
All payments are processed securely. We don't store your card or wallet credentials.
Shipping and Delivery
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days across Pakistan
- Shipping fee: Rs. 200 (free on orders over Rs. 5,000)
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or remote locations
- Risk of loss and ownership transfers to you upon delivery

Warranty
Electronic products (GPS trackers, smart feeders, cameras) come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Intellectual Property
All content on pawsh.pk - including logos, product photos, descriptions, and design — is the property of Pawsh or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt site security or functionality
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content
- Resell our products without written permission
Limitation of Liability
Pawsh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of the order.
Pet Health Disclaimer
Pawsh products are not a substitute for veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new supplements, treats, or health products to your pet's diet.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
