Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund quickly and transparently.
Refund Timeline
- Inspection of returned item: 2–3 business days after we receive it
- Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval
- Funds in your account: Depends on your payment method (see below)
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order:
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 1–3 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 business days (depending on your bank)
- Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund issued via JazzCash or bank transfer (please share details)
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:
- Item returned with missing accessories or original packaging
- Item shows signs of use beyond inspection
- Item returned after the 30-day return window (case-by-case basis)
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
- Items listed as non-returnable in our Return Policy
- Promotional items received as part of a bundle (must be returned with the main product)
Refund Confirmation
You'll receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation as soon as your refund is processed. If you don't see the funds within the expected timeline, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at pawshpets.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 307 0706783 with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll confirm the return and arrange courier pickup within 24 hours
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Hand over to courier when they arrive
What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened supplements, treats, or any consumable products
- Used grooming items, brushes, or hygiene products
- Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items
- Products without original packaging or with broken seals
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice.
Return Shipping Cost
- Free return pickup if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong
- For change-of-mind returns, return courier fee (Rs. 200) will be deducted from your refund
